Welcome Back, Mrs. Klausmeier!

Veronica Klausmeier

Lutheran Northwest

English Teacher

We’re thrilled to announce that, after an absence of three years, Mrs. Veronica Klausmeier has re-joined the faculty of Lutheran Northwest!

A veteran teacher with 30 years of experience (including years spent at both Lutheran Northwest and Our Shepherd Lutheran in Birmingham), Mrs. Klausmeier is an outstanding addition to our English Department faculty. She has a BA in Journalism/Political Science from MSU, a Reading Specialist degree from Oakland University, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. She completed the colloquy program through Concordia University in 2010 and is a called teacher in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

Mrs. Klausmeier is a native of Waterford, Michigan, and currently lives in Clarkston with her husband, John. She has three children who are all alumni of LHNW: Jake (‘14), Noah (‘16), and Sara (‘20). Daughter-in-law Haley is also an alum!

In her spare time, Mrs. Klausmeier loves to travel, decorate her home, and read. Her favorite past time, however, is spending time with 2-1/2 year old grandson, Jones!

Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Klausmeier back home to Lutheran Northwest!
