Performing Arts

A vast array of activities offer Lutheran Northwest students the opportunity to act, play, sing, and create. Numerous musical groups, both vocal and instrumental perform, travel, compete throughout the year. In addition, our drama department performs a musical, play and various one acts, takes part in a Living Nativity, and offers a dessert theater in conjunction with a local affiliated elementary school. Whether you participate on stage, behind the scenes, or as a part of the audience, Lutheran Northwest's Fine Arts department has something for you!

Drama

Lutheran Northwest boasts an active, enjoyable theatre department, open to all students regardless of their experience or interests. Share your talent and passion on stage, or behind the scenes doing set design, lighting, hair or makeup. Students can earn membership in the International Thespian Society through their participation in the program. They also have the opportunity to serve their community through the Hunger Heroes School Challenge. There is something for everyone here, and a system of camaraderie and support that underlies and upholds it all - we're more than just an after-school activity. We are a family.
